We offer two different pricing models

Shared income - 18%

In the shared income model when your property performs, our business performs well. We charge our management fee as a percentage of the net revenue generated from your property. Net revenue being total accommodation charges, less the cost of cleaning and consumables. The management fee for shared income is 18% plus GST of Net revenue.

Fixed income

If you need something more stable, we offer fixed income packages on a case-by-case basis. For example, we’ll pay you a fixed monthly income for your property regardless of vacancies, with no management fees.
